MAX Power Kamehameha is Master Roshi's signature Kamehameha technique used when he's in his Max Power form. While the fundamentals of the technique are exactly the same as a regular Kamehameha, the overall power of this Kamehameha is all the more greater by Master Roshi being in MAX Power form.
Master Roshi first used this attack to extinguish the roaring flames on Fire Mountain. The MAX Power Kamehameha succeeded in extinguishing the fire, but the blast was so powerful that it blew away the mountain and the Ox-King's castle. Master Roshi later used it as Jackie Chun during his match against Goku at the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament. When Goku turned into a Great Ape by taking a glimpse at the full moon, Jackie Chun fired MAX Power Kamehameha to destroy the moon, reverting Goku back to his normal self.
MAX Power Kamehameha named in Budokai Tenkaichi series and is Master Roshi's Ultimate Blast in his Max Power form. However, it was named "MAX POWER Kamehameha" but changed in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. It is officially named Kamehameha Saidai Shutsuryoku. Literally meaning "Turtle Destructive Wave at Maximum Output") referring to its debut in the Japanese anime and manga series.
